Seiko High Accuracy NH36A Calibrated movement (runs +0seconds fast (should run 0 to +10 seconds per day, high amplitude of 276 and 0 beat error from my timegrapher which are really good numbers.
Aftermarket Black Prospex dial with Strong C3 luminous

Silver GS case back that has plastic on to protect until you remove
