You are looking at a great looking high end Seiko Mod using a Black Starry Sky Explorer dial with and an SPB185 4pm case and oyster bracelet. The oyster bracelet has solid links and solid end links and milled clasp. The case is rated for 200m. The watch has also been fully pressure/water tested up to 6ATM (203 ft.) and fully passed. Some additional features are as follows:

120 click coin bezel with a Silver Yacht Style Bezel Insert
Seiko High Accuracy NH36a movement @ 4pm regulated to +0 seconds (should run -5 to plus 5 seconds per day), high amplitude of 286 and .1 beat error and from my timegrapher which are really good numbers.
