Seiko High Accuracy NH36A movement (runs +3 seconds fast (should run -3 to +8 seconds per day, high amplitude of 288 and 0 beat error that I calibrated from my timegrapher, which are really good numbers.

Silver case back that has plastic on to protect until you remove
