You are looking at a great Seiko Mod using a GS Professional Textured dial and 38mm Sapphire Crystal with Clear AR Coating and a Brushed/Polished bezel on the Case. The watch has also been fully pressure/water tested up to 6ATM (203 ft.) and fully passed. Some additional features are as follows:

Silver Pointed hands loaded with C3 Luminous
Silver case back that has plastic on to protect until you remove.
Size is 38mm, 46mm lug to lug and 20mm bracelet size.
